Computer issues

I love this coffee maker for the few months that it works. It has wonderful features including being able to schedule the on time and auto shut off. Coffee tastes wonderful and it brews in a reasonable amount of time. However, after a few months of use (nothing crazy- 2-3 cups a day) the display died and I could no longer access the menu with the important features. I had a mixed customer service experience where one person was useless, but the second person was helpful and sent out a replacement quickly. However, the replacement is now having problems with the digital display and I cannot access the menu at all. I will not request a replacement. Instead, I am going to look for a different brand. I NEED my coffee and don't really trust keurig brewers at this point.

Trips GFCI outlet

Bought this 2 months ago to replace a Keurig Classic which worked great for 3 years. This brewer draws too much power when heating the reservoir and will trip the GFCI outlets if your home was built in the last 5 years or so. Nothing better than flipping the breaker 3 times every morning just to get a cup of coffee. A quick google search will find many other people with the same issue.

Garbage, stay away

Brought two units home, and they both immediately tripped the breaker on a 20A circuit with no other load. If you have a newer house with AFCI/GFCI breakers this simply will not work in your home.

Love the the iced option

Just got this and I have been using the filter that comes with it. I'm using Dunken Donuts coffee, the flavor is fabulous! My favorite is the iced button. I have several iced coffees a day for just pennies. I would highly recommend this Keurig K-Elite.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water all Runs out

This is our 2nd Keurig K-Elite machine with the same issue. Received one for Christmas 2018 and after about 8 months when making a cup of coffee all the water in the water tank ran out all over the counter. We received a Replacement in the fall of 2019 and now in May of 2020 we have the same issue. I wouldn't recommend this coffee machine to anyone.

Compared to the old machines this one is junk. Also slow as it turns it's self off and has to reheat.

I bought this brewer one year ago #1 it makes so much noise brewing and it leaks water sometimes and during the day it turns on (don’t know why) l’ve tried to stop it And to descale the pot l first have to buy your SOLUTION This is my last KEURIG can’t wait for it to stop working. I hope you post my comments

I bought this a little over a year ago. You can make a cup of coffee and then when you put another pod in right after that it takes about 3 or 4 minutes to start brewing again. The low water light has never worked and the descale warning has never worked. After having used Keurig products in the past I must say that this machine has not lived up to what it supposed to be. Will not buy another one.
