love this brewer. it is replacing and older model that we have had for 6 years. Had a little problem when I first filling it with water. It leaked all over the counter. I emptied it and replaced the water reservoir making sure it was locked in this time. no more problems. have been using this for 3 weeks now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I honestly had no idea how good coffee could be. I have tried different drip brewers even when purchasing the expensive beans, the results were disappointing. From fancy latte's to your regular cup of "joe," every cup is amazing,every time. Always hot, always fragrant and always tasty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third Keurig and I was super excited to upgrade to the newest one. HOWEVER this machine is the worst one I have owned. When you turn the machine on the water will start pouring out until the reservoir is completely empty. One of the features I was excited about was the timer, well unless you want to have to mop your floor before your first cup of coffee I suggest you don't use it. I have tried cleaning it, not filling it as much, and all the other suggestions I have looked up on you tube to fix this problem. I wish I would have done a little more research before purchasing this model....

Software issues

I have been a Keurig owner since the very first brewer they came out with many years ago. The first and second units lasted many years with daily use. The third unit lasted only a 2 1/2-3 years. The K-Elite is the fourth machine for me and by far the most disappointing. I purchased the first K-Elite in Oct.2019. That unit lasted one week, at which time the heating element would not turn on, so the brewer would not brew, because the water would not pre-heat. Returned it for a new replacement. Unit 2 operated correctly until the Christmas eve of this year. After making the first cup of coffer, the brewer would not brew a second cup. Tried all the suggestions from Keurig's trouble-shooting tips, cycle power on-off, unplug unit for a while, then plug it back in. Sometimes unplugging would work, but most of the time it would not. Each day this issue would continue to get worse. Even if I wait for the water to completely pre-heat, before trying to brew a second cup, the unit still would not brew. All the depressed buttons on the console that were activated remain lit, but the unit would just sit for several minutes and do nothing. If I let the unit sit with the power off for 30 or more minutes, then I could brew another cup, but only one cup. So I returned unit 2 and the retailer replaced it again with another machine, unit 3. After performing all the prep steps as per the included instruction, unit did the exact same problem as unit 2. Except this time it shuts off on its own when it cannot brew a second cup. So I'm returning unit 3 today. I believe there are many software issues with this model, based on my experiences and other reviews as well. I do not want to purchase a fourth unit, as I do not think it is just a coincidence. I will be seeking a different brand of single serve

Almost lasted me the year

I bought this coffee maker in January of 2020 and loved it at first. It started leaking while heating up in early winter of that year but still made coffee. As of January 2021 it no longer works at all. I turn it on and it almost immediately turns itself back off. I’ve written to the company asking for help after reading everything online I could and coming up with nothing. Now a month later I still have no word from them and no coffee. Seeing as I have a teething 11 month old who barely sleeps, this is a problem. Very disappointed with the company and the product especially for the price I paid. Would not recommend.

Ok, here is a REAL review from someone who actually paid for this machine.( I'm sorry, but I just don't think you give an honest review when something has been sent to you for free, for you to write a review on.) So, I bought the machine to replace the one I purchased 3 years ago, which is still going strong and I've never had any issues with it. But the water capacity that it held was much smaller than the Elite. I like the over all design of the Elite and the way it functions has a much more smooth feeling. The heating up process is very fast compared to my old one and this one actually feels much lighter in weight. I also like the fact that the cup sizes are right there for you to choose from, you just push the button of the size cup that you want! You also have the ability to change the temperature of the beverage, if the highest at 192 degrees is too hot for you it can go lower! It can stay on after use for 15 minutes only or you can leave it on for 2 hours before it automatically shuts off! I purchased the Brushed Slate, which is very nice. It arrived well packaged and set up was a breeze. I think this is a wonderful new machine that appears to work very nicely. Kudos Keurig!!!! Great job!!

I bought it yesterday and the thing is amazing. I first experienced a cheaper kurig at work so I decided to get one and this thing feels 100x sturdier and looks better also brews great.

Keurig Finally Got It Right.....Again!

I bought my first Keurig nearly twenty years ago. My first machine lasted 7 years. The next one half that long. Each subsequent maker was of poorer quality for the next 13 years. Finally, my prayers were answered with the Model-K Elite. This is the best coffee maker for the K-cups that Keurig ever produced. The overall quality is evidenced in every aspect of the the brewer. They increased the size of the reservoir and they have a setting for strong, that prolongs the brew cycle with lesser pressure and more water. The result is a larger sized cup of coffee (14-6 oz.) with all the flavor that the older brewers would give for a cup half that size. So, I'm also saving on coffee.
It took too long but I'm very happy to see you have used your success in the market place to improve the brand quality for you brewers. Ahhhh!
