This is my 4th Keurig, and it is definitely the best one yet. The look the feel (quality) and the speed at which it brews.... excellent. Not to mention it is much quieter then any of the previous machines I owned. One more thing I would not want to forget is, the temp of the coffee is much warmer then the 2.0 . Thank you Keurig.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pump problem for the second time

I purchased the k-elite and after a few months the pump would start when the machine came on and pump water all over the counter and floor . I stopped using the auto function but would still pump water out when turned on, Keurig sent me a new on no charge 3 weeks ago and now that one is doing the same thing. I have purchased about 5 different models of Keurig machines over the last 5 years and they just don't last long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just received as a gift and wow! I love the larger water reservoir. It also seems quieter than my last 2 previous models. So happy with the Elite!

Horrible brewer

I will now be returning my second one of these brewers and will not be getting another! The first one lasted all of two weeks before it totally stopped working and this one has lasted just under two months and no longer works at all either. This model is just a cheap piece of junk and I can’t believe that Keurig has made such an inferior product. It never lived up to any of the descriptions it boasts about. My first clue should have been that this unit was so much lighter than my old platinum brewer, very cheaply made product. Missing my old keurig which lasted forever! Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this product. Keurig needs to go back and make a decent product.
As a Keurig owner for well over 15 years, I am very disappointed in the quality of the newer coffee makers. It is though the current machines are designed to only last maybe two years if you are lucky and the actual machine is made of cheap plastic and inferior materials. Not to mention, the price of these substandard machines continues to skyrocket. This will definitely be my last purchase from Keurig, I won’t support a company that is definitely sacrificing quality while raising prices well above inflation rates.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do Not Buy

My 525 machine died yesterday and I bought this machine to replace it. It was a horrible waste of money!!!!! My husband and I have tried every setting and the coffe is so weak it tastes like water. Truly horrible purchase! Save your money and buy something else!
