Well this will be our Third Keurig over the past 10-11 years, and we use it daily at least 2 cups each, and when we have family or visitors staying with us, which is frequently, it easily doubles, In other words it really gets used! We like our coffee and love our Keurigs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water pump malfunctions a lot

I bought this Keurig almost 2 years ago. When we would start it up in the morning for coffee, occasionally it would just start pumping water all over the counter top, for no reason. It has now happened 6 or 7 times in the since we've had the thing. I've descaled it numerous time; cleaned the needle, too. There's no real solution except to unplug it and let it sit for half a day or so. That seems to fix whatever issue there is.
I would not recommend this coffee maker.

Massive Downgrade

Recently had our Keurig 2.0 have major LCD screen problems. I tried to repair it, but couldn't get parts for it. So, the wife ordered a new Keurig elite....cool, toss the old, Elite sounds great. I was bamboozled. This is a massive step backwards for Keurig. Went from being able to brew large travel mugs with any coffee with an easy to read LCD screen to having a bunch of 2.0 "reusable" k-mug paperweights for a machine that maxes out at 12 cups with very hard to read buttons and only uses the pods. I feel like Keurig went backwards about a decade with this "elite" machine. I can no longer see the water level from the front of the machine, not easily fill my travel mug, have a bunch of wasted "reusable" parts from an old machine and can't hardly read the top of new machine...which by the way, doesn't have half of the settings of the one that is now in the local landfill (and was only 2 years old). If you're thinking about "upgrading" to the elite...don't waste your money. This will be my last Keurig purchase for sure.

Needed to replace my Keurig 2.0 & couldn't be happier. Love the message reservoir various cup sizes are a big plus & the ice coffee option is perfect for summer. Looks nice in my kitchen, as well.
Love my new Keurig. Nice to have a choice on what type of coffee to drink each time and that goes for the other 3 coffee drinkers in the family too. Really like the additional cup size choices. Haven’t tried iced coffee yet but now that spring is here I plan to.

Waste of money

After 8 years my Keurig Platinum model gave up the ghost. I purchased the elite thinking I would be getting the same great quality. WRONG! The tank is flimsy and hold less water. I just purchased it on Monday (7/26/2021) and yesterday (7/28/2021) the display has already stopped working! This time stays incorrect after setting numerous times and the temperature will not adjust. It stays at the lowest setting and will not let me adjust it. Making for an almost cold (to me) cup of coffee. No difference between a strong brew and regular brew. The Keurig brand has gone way downhill and I will be seeking a full refund.
