so far it works fine, only had it a few weeks replacing Keurig that was only a couple of years old when that stopped working. Yet to be determined how long this one last. Works as it should, large water reserve and 4 coffee size choices. fingers crossed that it last more that a couple years

Would have given it a 5 star but my old 2.0 made stronger coffee, had reservoir light with color options.on screen fluid oz read out,hinged water lid,brew complete read out.i miss that in this new K-Elite unit.I thought Elite meant one of the top machines.Also coffee is weak with reusable K cups even on strong setting. I guess not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My old K Elite was beginning to wear out. I knew I wanted another one just like it. Was happy to have found this one. It makes the perfect cup every time, in the cup size you choose.
