I had it for 2 weeks now and works great. I had an older model which lasted awhile. The older model I would have to wait for it to heat up before using but this will start brewing as soon as it heats up. Had to open & close the old one to start brewing.

He chuck quick makes a good cup of coffee fast and easy. My favorite part is that it does a strong brew as well. I also like the fact that it has a large reservoir and I don't have to keep refilling at all the time.
