I’ve been a kureig user for years. The old one that we had for 3 years wouldn’t work after we moved so we bought a new one. Honestly, I’m not a fan. It takes 2-3 times longer to brew a cup than it did before. How is the technology regressing?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No light on water tank

This is the second Keurig Elite coffee maker I've purchased. The previous model had a light for the water tank that came on when the machine was turned-on. On the current model the light only comes on when the water level is low. It is almost impossible to see the level of the water in the tank without the light. This is a major flaw with the newer model.

I am enjoying the bigger water tank on this model, I don’t have to fill it as often during the day. My husband likes the stronger brew feature and adjustable water temperatures, the higher temp keeps my coffee from cooling off so quickly now that the weather has changed. I haven’t had chance to try the iced coffee or tea feature yet but am looking forward to it.

I love my new K-Elite. I should have gotten this coffee maker years ago. Not only does it make coffee, but it also makes iced tea. It's an all-in-one coffee maker. The price was 'just right' for me. I didn't have to spend a lot of money for a separate tea maker. They all cost a lot and these days, watching your budget is important. I made a great purchase.
