Not as good as previous one - same model. This one is cheaper in construction and the water level indicator light comes on when there is more than a pint of water in the reservoir.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the new Keurig machine. My only comment is I miss my water tank being lit up. My Keurig 2.0 had a light on my water filter and I really miss that. That’ my only negative comment. The machine is working beautifully.

Great coffee machine

I bought this machine in November 2022, I waited until I have used this machine to write this review. All I can say is this is a great coffee machine, I have not tried the ice coffee button yet. But hot coffee and strong brew button get used and they work great. I had an original Keurig machine, I had to have one when they first came out. That machine was still working, the water was not getting as hot anymore. But I have No complaints, I had that machine for years I say 18 years. If this machine is a work horse like my old one and so far it is, I will be happy. Thank you Kurig
A replacement for our other 6 year old Keurig coffee maker which had a lot of use. This one is nearly the same, except it doesn't have a light for the water reservoir - which was a nice feature.
Why was the 2.0 discontinued? It made excellent coffee and it was perfect for me! Seems like every time my old Keurig coffee maker dies, I can't get the same model. You're always trying to update and improve each model every 3 years or so. I had to buy the Elite because you no longer carry the 2.0. The coffee tastes funny, the screen is much smaller and the ozs are off. Instead of 12 ozs, it makes 13 ozs. Why can't you keep the old models and let the consumers decide whether or not explore different models.

We bought two of these. We own a bed & breakfast and go throw lots of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider. This Keurig so far has been wonderful. Lots of cup sizes to choose from; and even a button just for iced drinks (which I use all the time). No issues.
