Obviously we love this coffee maker, this is a replacement for the same model which lasted 12 years!

Treated myself to a Christmas gift and happy I did- easy to use, quiet machine that makes a fantastic cup of coffee. Love the iced coffee and stronger brew option! Thrilled with my purchase.
This coffee pot will not stay on, nor is it auto programed so it will turn on in the morning. Thinking about returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review Cheryl. The K-Elite coffee maker will automatically turn off after 2 hours of idle time for energy savings. You can disable the auto off feature if you wish to keep the coffee maker on all the time. If the auto off feature has been disabled and you are still experiencing this issue, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.
We have had Keurig that was a Vue machine. This new machine replaced that machine that still works. Since the Vue pods are no longer available, the old machine was difficult to use. The new machine is extremely easy.

We recently purchased the K-Elite and we are so very pleased with it. We had an older model that lasted 12 years and we will continue to use Keurig forever. We also enjoy the new features on the K-Elite that older model did not have.
