The water reservoir is clunky to put back on, after filling it with water. The front edge bumps the drip tray and it seems to work better to remove the drip tray, hook the reservoir on, then put the drip tray back in place. Also the reservoir lid is sometimes hard to put back on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had mine for about 2 weeks now and really been putting it to the test. Haven’t tried the iced feature but I really love the hot water for doing tea bags and oatmeal. Makes coffee really fast and usually have to refill it about every 5 days or so

This purchase was to replace an older model I bought five years ago, i love the colors and designs of the coffee maker, perfect, in every way, this product is definitely top shelf!
A colleague and I bought this to donate to our small office. It's working great so far. I'm really impressed with the Brew Over Ice function - ice doesn't melt, which is great for those of us who enjoy iced coffee! And the gold looks awesome, very luxe.
I bought this because of the different sizes of coffees. Sometimes I like a large cup in the morning and sometimes my 2nd cup is only a small size. It is that simple. The machine looks good on my counter top. If one wants a good coffee maker, you pay a little extra. I like mine.

Bought this coffee maker to replace one bought less than a year ago that stopped working. After 2 weeks this coffee is no longer working. It will turn on and immediately turn back off or heat up and then turn off when the size is selected. I paid full price needing a quick replacement and am now having the same issues. Troubleshooting has not helped resolve the issue.

i love your products been buying for the 7yrs . the elilte 72oz is a perfect size dont have to constantly add water which is a great feature. i would tell everyone to purchase a keurig coffee maker their the best on the market...
