It is sleek, looks good in my kitchen, has a larger water dispenser so I don't have to fill as often. I enjoy having the options for each cup of coffee.
Unit has several options and generates good coffee. I compare it with the previous models of Keurig I owned and found the following features preferable with the older designs. For example, the water reservoir is now a solid plastic and to know if I have enough water or not, I must look through the top. The old unit was clear plastic in the front and made easy to tell. Secondly, the older units had a sloping top, allowing you to see the time, and status of the machine from further out, where this model, albeit newer design, is flat topped and two things happen, first, it gets more dusty / dirty, and second, you must stand almost on top of it to see the time, or status lights. Finally, in an attempt to save power, the unit shuts off the heating element, and if you want to make a cup, you must turn it on first, and wait the requisite minute or so to get the hot water before you can push the go for your cup of coffee. Although you can turn that feature off, the entire setup / logic could have been better thought out.
