I bought this to replace my 2.0 series. Love the iced feature, 4 - 12 oz size and that you can adjust the temperature of the coffee. Turn it on press the size, put in the pod, shut the cover and press the button. No need to wait until the unit heats up to press the size
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thoroughly disappointed in the product. It still is splashing and making messes. I don’t understand how this is a issue on all the models I have tried. Starting to feel like maybe I need to use a different brand of coffee maker that supports k cups.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the most part it is sufficient. The water reservoir should have someway of gripping to remove. Easier to just leave reservoir in place and fill with a cup even though I still spill water filling with a cup. No way to know water lever from the front of the unit - must turn to the side. 3 different serving size buttons - one K-Cup size - so what is appropriate? Then they also have a strong button....which I was thinking the cup size would be for desired strength - guess not. Several thing could be tweaked.
Our old Keurig was making lots of clunking sounds and seemed like it might be in it’s last legs. This is very similar but I have definitely used the strong brew button a lot. The iced button is nice but I can’t really tell that much of a difference over regular brewing and pouring over ice.

Features were what I wanted: a bigger reservoir and not a lot of extra features that I did not want. This is my second Keurig and I continue to be happy.
