This is a great unit. I had one that I got from my mom that was the older model and it lasted quite a long time so I decided to get the same one and am completely happy with it. This particular model has a hot water button which I use to make hot chocolate or chamomile tea sometimes. I'm glad I ordered from the company. It came as expected and very quickly also.

I bought this to replace and older model that wasn't working anymore. This one seem to be faster so I don' have to Waite long. The set up was fast an easy except for programing the off time but whit help from KEURIG we got it done. Costumer service is fantastic and help full.

The front tray on the bottom of the coffee make is not removable like the older models. Large pots won't fit under it- it slides off. Also, you are unable to see the the water level in the tank form the front because its painted solid. Why make changes to older models unless its an improvements?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
