This is my third Keirig. The unit looks modern with clean designs. It is easy to use and produces coffee in a reasonable amount of time. Some might say it doesn't heat high enough, but I'm satisfied.

I purchased this as a replacement for a K-Elite Coffee Maker that is around 5 years old and has some issues that need attention. So when I saw the K-Elite at a great price, I went ahead and purchased it as a back-up for when the older machine finally does not work any more. So the new coffee maker is in storage right now until then. But I really liked the old machine and found it made good coffee with relative ease.

We have had 3 Different Keurig’s over the years and none of them have disappointed! I don’t even drink coffee and I love Keurig. I make iced tea and/or hot cocoa daily. Wonderful Customer Service also. The Keurig K-Elite is Fabulous with more cup sizes and an ‘iced’ drink feature which is Great for me. The only critique I would have is that the water container lid be attached as it was on our previous Keurigs. It was more convenient to just flip it up to fill it as opposed to having to totally take it off, but definitely not a deal breaker just my opinion.
