So Far I'm Happy

Bought the Elite 2 weeks ago and, so far, I'm very happy. The auto on feature is a little fickle. Sometimes it turns on in the am automatically, sometimes it doesn't. Auto off works like a charm. The instruction booklet to tell you how to make coffee or tea using the different size cups is non-existent. Keurig needs to provide something online to assist with making iced tea or coffee to drink in travel mugs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Keurig that I had forever finally died. When looking for a new one, I wanted more options for the size of cup, which I got. It also has the feature of iced coffee, which I was very excited about. This Keurig is user friendly and very attractive . I love it!

We were happy with our K575. We purchased this machine after our K575 display became mostly unreadable. Even though we selected strong brew, the coffee tasted watered down in a side by side comparison. We contacted Keurig 3 times over several months about our K575 display after trying to find fixes on the web support and blogs. The only response came at the last email which gave instructions on how to find information on cleaning/descaling! After going through the early ‘exploding coffee pod system’ and watching their machine quality go downhill over time, and then experiencing the K-Elite’s quality of Joe go downhill, we decided to upgrade solely to a capsule system for coffee as well as espresso. Have had the same well-built machine for 7 years and the quality of the coffee is constant. Too bad Keurig!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacing our 3 year old Keurig after it quit working with the K-Elite, brews much the same, nice with the stainless steel appliance match. It would have been nice if you could see the water level from the front or they had kept the water level light. Now we have to physically turn the unit to check the water.

I wanted a larger capacity reservoir, so that's what I got. Also the ability to use the reusable pod. I will purchase at a later date.

Water dripping issue

I purchased a Keurig Elite in November and had an issue with water dripping into the drip tray when the brewer is turned on and after a cup of coffee brews. I contacted Customer Service and received a replacement brewer a couple of days ago. This morning, the drip tray was full. Same issue with the brand new unit as the previous one. I have had several Keurig brewers over many years but no issue like this. Something is definitely wrong with the Keurig Elite brewers. Very disappointing.
