I have retired my older Keurig for this updated model and absolutely love it. Easy to use, quick to heat, multiple sizes of cups and it brews ICED coffee! Fantastic!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good coffee, water delivery prob after 20 months

We like the features and the large water reservoir. The coffee is good. Unfortunately, this machine has started delivering less and less water per cup to the point where I'm using the 12 oz setting for a 10 oz cup of coffee. The same problem we had with the machine this one replaced in July 2020, so it's been in service for less than 2 years making 3 cups per day using Keurig pods and maintained with Keurig cleaning products on a regular schedule. We did the Keurig recommended nozzle clean, no improvement. Very disappointing. This is our 3rd or 4th machine so obviously, we like the coffee and the ease of use but wish we wouldn't keep having this issue.
I love the Kerrigan. This was a replacement of one I have had for 10+ years. Will never be without one.

Not great for brewing flavored beverages

At first I would have rated this 5 stars but started having issues of the brewer turning off when trying to make Chai Tea Latte - that's pretty much all I brew - and I am vigilant on cleaning anyway I can. It only happened a couple times and then constantly until I can't brew a k-cup anymore and can brew the hot water and then I have to open my k-cup and mix it in the cup, really not what I wanted to do. I wish you could have access to clean it out better in the k-cup area like my original Keurig. Not very happy with this model but I am not ready to purchase another one yet. I had reached out to support by email but from what I could tell I haven't gotten a response after submitting concerns 3 times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
