This is my 2nd Elite, we have one at each home. This is by far the best Keurig model by far, we've owned 5. Our favorite feature's are the adjustable water temp, 12 oz cup choice, and Auto on/off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Coffee - Not Good water container

I have had Keurig for years. When my old one finally broke, I upgraded to a new model. The coffee brews still nicely. The water container is not well thought out at all. It is hard to get on/off, and is on the side. It is not user friendly to fill. It is on the left hand side. I have reverted to using a cup to fill the container, as it is too difficult to get it back on. I will not buy this model again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback on the water reservoir of the K-Elite coffee maker.
We ordered nearly the same Keurig coffee maker that we had the previous 8 years. We loved it and really like this new one. It has a few new options we like. Very happy wi5h our purchase.

Been using the Elite coffeemaker about 2 weeks. Very pleased with easy operations of this machine. Love the higher coffee temperature feature available on this maker. Makes great strong, bold coffee. I highly recommend this model.

Cheaply Made

I'm very disappointed in this Keurig. My K475 just died after 4 years, so I purchased this one thinking it was comparable. Unfortunately it's not. This new model is made out of cheap, flimsy plastic. It has no weight to it at all. And it looks just as cheaply as it's made. The description says that it fits a 7" tall travel mug but it doesn't unless you tip the mug while putting it in/out...not exactly safe for making hot beverages.
