I love my new coffee maker! I especially like the timer to set and have the coffee ready when I get up!

Spews coffee all over the kitchen

I bought this coffee maker after the one I had for years finally died. This one has some nice features, but at the end of the brewing cycle, it literally spews coffee all over the counter and all over the floor. I tried cleaning it and descaling it, to no avail. I emailed Keurig about the problem and they never bothered to get back to me and I have been a loyal customer for years and even have coffee delivered on autoship through them. I am disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have purchased 6 of these brewers, some as gifts, 2 for me. This particular brewer is my favorite. It doesn't use much counter space, but gives many options; hot water, coffee, different size cups, iced coffee, temperature of water. It does a lot in one small space. Over the years, i have given this brewer to friends and family as gifts. Last year i purchased the brewer with the carafe that makes multiple cups at one time or single cups. I found I didn't use that as often, so will save it for holidays and switch between the two. I love Keurig!!

This is perfect for our entire family! We love the cup size choice, hot water feature and iced coffee option. The large water reservoir is nice and it operates at a much quieter level than our previous coffeemaker.
