We've had this coffee maker for years. Has always worked flawlessly. (We only use filtered water). Company has great customer service, I needed a worn out "puncture-pin assembly" and they sent me a new part free of charge.

I bought this because it was such a good deal. I love it. The extra sized reservoir is nice. Has a light telling you when to refill. Cup sizes have more options. And it makes iced coffee !! I just love Keurig products. PERIOD !!

I tried your instructions to have my Keurig on all the time; it didn't work. I want it on all the time AM and PM so when I want to brew coffee I don't have to wait. If I wanted to wait, I wouldn't have bought Keurig. My old Keurig didn't turn itself off.

Wow, love this machine. Have been Tassimo user since discs and pods came out because that was only way to get Gevalia coffee in single serve. Coffee had been out of stock recently and tried pod coffee. Needles you say, this resulted in purchasing Keurig, this machine is fantastic, even gives you got water for bagged tea. Have gotten ride of our Tassimo machine and no longer looks for or want Gevalia coffee; Green Mountain is serving is well
