Not worth the $$

Like many others have written. The machine stopped working just after the warranty ended. I descaled the machine as instructed and have reset the machine multiple times. It will brew 1 cup and then konk out again and again. Am thinking about buying another but am leary. This one replaced an older version with an digital screen. That one lasted about 2.5 years before the screen went. Don’t know what’s happening but quality seems to be going down and prices going up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

I bought this a year ago and it stopped working. When I tried to brew any size it would shut off automatically. I tried to descale it and it still didn’t work. I’m not sure if I’m going to buy Keurig again. This is my 2nd purchase and both have malfunctioned.
I purchased to replace my old Kurig but wish I had it back. This one is so noisy and you can’t see when you need water. honestly I am quite surprised,

The machine would mot even turn off. Continually sounded like it was waiting to brew a coffee, even after the brew cycle was complete. I really wanted to love this Keurig bc I loved the one i had before this one so much!!

New keurig

Honestly my old Keurig was still working fine, but sometimes you just need something new. After all, my original one was 10+ years old. I love the new one, holds more water, many sizes, temp and brewing strength nice feature. I also found a new home for my old one. My friends are happy and they are loving the easy coffee making

Liked lifting the hinged pour spout at front of reservoir on last machine I had. This one you have to remove whole lid and doesn't go back on easy. Also liked the flashing blue light when near empty on last one instead of you can't make a cup until you fill message on this one. But those aren't end of world issues. This machine is great otherwise. Tempurature, easy to work it, looks.

My new Keurig leaks a lot of hot water when it is turned on and preheating. My empty cup gets several ounces of hot water before I put the pod in. I have to empty my cup of water before I can start to make my coffee. Is this normal? My other Keurig coffeemakers never did this

The coffee maker works very well. I do like the lit buttons and clock. Very helpful. I would recommend this coffee maker to others. Another nice feature is the variety of cup size including the travel mug size which is a big plus. Also for those liking a change, there is an iced button as well. Thank you Keurig!
