I had bought a cheap knock off and it was horrible. I purchased the Keurig K-Elite and fell in love! It was easy to put together from the box. It was easy to use as a first timer. The k-cups I purchase a variety of flavors for my family and friends. I also purchased extra filters and the cleaning solution. I am a very happy customer. I would recommend this product.

This is the second Keurig I have purchased. The first one I purchased in 2009. I used it every day. It was great and lasted until a month ago when the heating element went. So far, I love the Keurig K-Elite. The coffee gets very hot.
