I purchased this Keurig on Easter Sunday to replace my old Keurig who was on it's last leg. I like the different features on it but it is really loud. When it's warming up, when it intakes the water, at the end of making a cup. Kind of wonder if it's defective, my old one wasn't loud at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My previous Keurig maker died a slow death:( I replaced it with the K-Supreme, needless to say, single serve/waiting 5 min between cups was not for us). Went to K-Elite, we are thrilled!!
I love my new Keurig. So excited to try the ice coffee feature. The brewer is very stylish and love all the features. It has 5 cup sizes which is great.
Wow! We are so pleased with this brand new, beautiful coffee maker! We had our previous Keurig brewer, fill her up one cup at a time basic, base model for well over 12 years. This is an incredible upgrade! Automatic on in the morning, substantial water reservoir, temperature control, clock, automatic off, iced coffee button, strong brew option....too many options to list! And, the beautiful brushed chrome finish matches our kitchen decor. Extremely pleased. You will love it!
I am a long time Keurig user. In fact my very old unit was slowing down after years of service. I elected to replace the old with the new. The new Keurig is slower than the ancient one. I bought direct so I assume I am stuck with it.
