I bought this to replace my old Keurig. Nothing was wrong with my old one I just passed it to my son and bought me this one! It’s a beautiful color and so quiet! The coffee seems to get hotter than my old one so that is a bonus even though I never complained about the temperature of the old one.

I have not had this Keurig very long but so far it works very well and I am pleased. If there are any problems with these K-cup machines it is worrying about getting them super clean when the time comes. Beyond that...I like to be able to make 1 cup at a time since it is only my husband and I now and we do not like the same strength and type of coffee. Happy also with having more options in sizes for the cups! Thank you, Keurig!

This is my third Keurig and is an improvement over the previous one in terms of the reservoir is larger, there are 2 temperature settings and the brewing is silent. Additionally, you can pick your size, no longer have to use the up or down button to select and it allows for brewing Ice Coffee.
With regards to the Starbucks Sumatra roast, it has been my favorite since first trying it. Have tried other brand Sumatra's, but kept going back to the Starbucks.
The auto shipment is great and have used for over three years, you are notified and can modify, change date and order filters etc.
All in all, both are great products.
