We bought this because our other Keurig needed to be replaced. I like the speed in which it heats up and is ready to go in the morning. The one thing I don’t like is the “strong coffee” feature. When pressed the coffee cup isn’t as full as when it is left alone. Not sure why this is as the other Keurig wasn’t like this. Regardless we just leave it and use the regular coffee feature. Nice machine

Extremely happy with this coffee maker. Love the ability to brew a 12 oz cup. My Keurig reusible filter from my 2.0 doesn't fit will need a new adapter to enjoy my fresh grinds.

Like all new things you need to get used to using a new coffee maker. The more you use it the faster you get to know how easy it is to brew your coffee. It's fast and I love how this machine makes iced coffee too, also with all the other features it comes with. Excellent for the price paid.
