Brews great but has issues over older models.

This is my second brewer purchase. It has been replaced under warranty once for a similar issue being experienced with the replacement.
The low water indicator rarely works which results in wasted Kcups and aggravation.
It will brew with very little to no water in the reservoir. This can't be good for the overall longevity of the unit.

My original machines low water indicator worked flawlessly with a different design.
Wish I had it back and had not wasted my money on an "upgrade". Upgrade???

I have the water setting on the hottest setting and my coffee gets cold in about 5 minutes. Not like brewed coffee or even the basic Keurig my work uses. I thought buying the upgraded Keurig would be even better but now I wish I'd stuck with the basic. I don't like cold coffee 5 minutes after I brew it !

Not for short people. Disappointed. All controls are facing straight up and not easy to use. Tank is not see thru in the front so can not see where water level is. Thought I was getting a similar Elite Brewer as my old one. Brews good coffee, chocolate and tea.

It’s my second Keurig that quit working at just about 2 years old. It did not get heavy use as we would make a drip pot in the am and use the keurig for an afternoon or early evening cup. I have since purchased a comparable Cuisinart with a 3 year warranty vs 1 year for a Keurig. Price and features about the same.
