Enjoying our new Keurig! Works well and love the 12 oz setting that our former Keurig did not have. Anxious to try the "iced" coffee setting. Only dislike, compared to former Keurig, is that I can't tell when to refill by seeing water level is low. I have to actually turn the machine or watch for the light to come on. But I can live with that!

We've had this for two weeks now, and there's been zero problems. I had the Kuerig 2.0 previously. They are very similar but I do like the added clock and iced coffee features in this one. Plus you can set it to turn on in the morning at a specific time and the water reservoir is bigger. I honestly am not sure how useful the temperature setting is though. The main thing I liked better with the 2.0, is that I could take the machine apart easier to clean it. I can't figure out how to take the pieces out on this one, in order to internally clean the coffee build-up.

Our previous Keurig needed replacing and the new unit is much the same but the refinements are well thought out, worthwhile, and make the morning brew routine more intuitive! Control buttons are refined and easier to use. Glad we updated!

Best purchase replacement for my old Keurig. Bought this for my better half’s Christmas and somehow we both end up loving this machine. The different cup sizes for the whole family is great and Iced coffee feature is awesome, it’s iced coffee made to perfection. Definitely recommend to purchase. Inexpensive and amazing!

I really like this. It brews with in a minute and even when its heating up you can select the size cup you want then itll automatically start brewing after ita done heating.
