I had an original Keurig much like this that lasted me years! And, while I was sad to see my oldie finally die out, I was excited about buying a new one. First the water reservoir is larger on the K-Elite. But the grips are shallow and I don't like that. I was used to picking up the reservoir of my old one and filling it up at the filtered water spigot and the K-Elite is more difficult to do that. It's hard to get a good grip and, well, frankly, I spill the water trying to walk it back over to the machine to put it back in place. So, I've resorted to filling up the reservoir with a pitcher but it's not large enough for one fill so I have to fill it repeatedly to fill the reservoir. The K-elite has a "stronger" button that supposed to make your cup of coffee stronger, which is how I prefer it. But, I don't believe it does much. Not enough that I notice, anyway. So, I think that's more gimmick than useful. I do like the multiple size options though and the hot water only feature. That's handy. The K-Elite also shuts off after set time which I don't like. (2) hours or something. With the old Keurig I could program what time to come on and what time to turn off. This one I can program what time to come on, but the timer is pre-set to turn it off. And, that annoys me when I want another cup and find it turned off. But, overall, it's a pretty good Keurig. I miss my old one but this takes it's place well enough.

Bought this to replace my 6 yr old model. At first I didn't think the display and features would work as well as the old LCD display, but this one actually works very well. Where the pod goes is better designed, easier to clean. Stiil makes a good cup of coffee. Physical size a tab smaller than my old too. The only negative, is that it is noisier with the pump, kinda loud while brewing a cup of coffe.coffee. Hope it lasts as long.

Ive this keurig for two years dont use it every day but often. I decided to change out the Water filter and now my coffee is waterey. Ive tried descaling and other cleaning methods and nothing works. So I have this nice keurig and can make coffee. It makes tea and already made latte kcups but any kind of coffee just tastes weak.

we are disappointed in the fact that even when we use the largest cup button, we don't get a full cup of coffee. it does not produce 12 oz, as advertised. I'm also disappointed that my travel mug does not fit, even with taking out the bottom tray. should have bought a different model.
