I was actually surprised at the quality of how this Keurig was made. It seems so cheap with thin plastic compared to the ones I've purchased in the past. The water tank is thin and the top is not attached, making it more difficult to open and fill. I'm so worried about it cracking because of the plastic they used. One knock and it may fall apart. I'm disappointed in how they have skimped on the quality of their machines in recent years. The older ones were SO much better! The positives: several cup sizes, iced coffee button and strength coffee button.
