Replacement for older model

Bought this as a replacement for a programmable model that was losing its magic. This model is loud. And the water, even on 192, isn’t as hot. The reservoir is to the side but there’s no viewing window which makes it a little more difficult to read and fill. Bought it for the programmable feature which we love because we are impatient early risers! Just isn’t made as well as older model

I purchased one of the new Keurig's and gave away my older model . What a mistake I guess the new model was not for us. first off the light kept blinking to clean. then one morning I came out pushed my cup size for a cup of coffee walked outside to get my newspaper came in to find my counter covered with coffee. To say it mildly I was upset what a mess on my counter, WOW! to face this prior to my first cup of coffee was not my forte. I cannot repeat what I had to say. later I decided to call Keurig that was after I became normal, anyway the man I spoke with was so good telling me to return the coffeemaker which I did they are going to refund my money. I have already purchased a new coffeemaker which I must say looks like it is a keeper
