I have been using for 2 weeks now everything works flawless.. coffee is hot, but some might still require 30 seconds in Microwave. water tank is big. hot water is easy just place cut push hot water button.no need to open handle ever.

This is our fourth Keurig. Fist one was a single cup model, next we had the older Elite, then we bought K-supreme, but returned it because we were getting coffee grounds when we made tea. We purchased this new Elite and it has no issues with ground from coffee to tea and this copper
