Not so good for me

I bought this from Costco about 4 months ago and a part already broke and cannot find where to get a replacement. Make about 4 cups/day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quite disappointing

This was the third Keurig we've purchased since July--of this year! We tried the K-Slim model when our old Keurig gave out after several years, and it lasted approx. two weeks before it just stopped working. We returned it, and bought this model. Unbelievably, it, too, stopped working after a couple of weeks. It just kept powering off. It was under warranty so Keurig replaced it. The replacement arrived and we put it to use right away. Well, a few days ago, the replacement stopped working; it is the same problem on all models--you press the brew button, it makes a few promising noises, and then it powers off. Are we being punked?? We're done with Keurig. Replaced this one with a different brand. Quality control must be non-existent in the manufacturing process.

The water reservoir doesn't light up The controls and display are flat and the user can't read the controls without pulling out the Keurig and reading it from above. The display and buttons should be angled.

This is Elite is defective, after January, 2023 purchase. Keurig will not stand by warranty and replace it.

Another solid Keurig Coffee maker! It has more cup sizes than our previous KCup machine. The water reservoir is also larger. We both love this new machine. Love the Keurig starter kit and autoship coffee package. Great idea.

We've had this for a few weeks now and have decided it's our favorite keurig so far. Quick and easy with a wide range of cup sizes. A little over a year ago we purchased the expensive K155 model. It worked about a year and slowly bit the dust. More expensive evidently does not mean better performance. We will see how long the K-Elite lasts. Almost everything now can only make it a year before dying.
I was totally surprised and disappointed that my recent purchase of the elite Keurig single cup coffee maker is so poorly made— Mostly that of cheap plastic!! I can’t believe that your company that was able to make such wonderful products has sacrificed quality for I suppose the bottom line—MONEY! unfortunately, that is the world we live in today.
I miss the hinge on the lid of the Water chamber is gone! It was so easy to fill that way without spilling and not having to lift that chamber filled with water back on the machine.
