I've had this brewer for about 2 weeks and so far so good. It's a big upgrade from my other Keurig Mini. I was concerned about the reviews that mentioned leaking but so far after 2 weeks of use - I haven't had an issue. Coffee temperature is perfect and I like all the features though I haven't used them all yet. Overall I'm happy with my choice.
This is my 3rd Keurig, and I truly loved my first two. I purchased this one online without seeing it first. There are two things that bother me about this one. First, the water carafe has a gray panel in front that prevents me from easily seeing the water level. I have to step to the side to see the water level. This annoyance is different from the previous models. Next but most important, I don't get the same rich coffee taste that I used to get. It seems like there's a metallic or burnt coffee taste. I do like the new electronics, power button, cup sizes, and cold brew buttons. The rest of the new design is nice. Maybe it's just me who can't adjust to something new.
I would recommend this to a friend!
