This is my 3rd Keurig, and my favorite, but having a problems setting the on/off timer

Probably used this thing no more than 10 tens and the little plastic clip on what I would call the pivot arm broke. Can’t find any sort of replacement part or anything for it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee grounds in my cup

I've owned the elite for 2 yrs. The first year it was great. After a year every other cup of coffee is full of coffee grounds. Very disappointing.

We got six years from our previous Keurig brewer and got this as it was nearly similar. This brewer is very quiet and fast. It needs to hold more water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely love this machine. From the timer to the strong brew setting and everything in between. This is a second purchase of this model for me which was bought to use in my camping trailer.
