Not happy so far. Only used a couple of times and it constantly shuts off before brewing. It can't be plugged, it's brand new. I've ruined a whole box of K-Cups trying to get it working properly. I'm about ready to switch back to my old faithful machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent product! The Keurig K-Elite was a wonderful surprise as its so easy to use and has wonderful updated assets. I love the strong button and the options it has as the coffee is delicious! Its such an easy set up. This machine is plastic so its much lighter than my previous machine. I love it!

I got this about 3 weeks ago to replace my other that got shorted out due to power outage. This is just like my other only works much faster as my other was not making a full cup anyway so I'm glad the other had to be replaced.

Excellent. I tried the newer versions, K- Supreme, when they first came out. No joke, I had to return 4 of them within 90 days. Horrible product. But the K-Elite is the the best. This purchase is just a back-up. I buy one every year after my experience with then K-Supreme. I have four K-Elite's, yes 4, still in the box as back-up in case Keurig discontinues the line. I am cuurently using two K-Elites. They have been going strong for almost three years. Please don't discontinue

Just purchased the New K-Elite and I’m very disappointed. After owning 4 other Keurig coffee makers this is by far the worse one. I hope keurig is going to do better on the next one or I may have to switch to another coffee maker
