We absolutely love this coffee pot system. All features work well and efficiently. The versatility of using pods or grounds, hot or iced is exactly what our family needs!

This was just what we needed for our camper. A full pot of coffee for the 2 of us. Or when our family comes along the k cups can suit individual tastes and the iced coffee option.

If you like to use your own coffee. You need new specific to this exact brewery, stainless steel k cups. It won't work with the the stainless steel reusable k cups from my old duo non ice coffee maker.

It's okay. The hot feature really doesn't make it that hot and I'm unable to turn off the carafe hot plate after I brew a pot of coffee. Seems a little over priced, but with my experience, it'll break in 2 years and I'll get something else.
