Bought and received the Duo about two weeks ago and we're in coffee heaven, full pot in the morning and a quick cup anytime during the day/evening.....super happy
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I'm a little disappointed. The coffee is not as hot as i think it should be even with the extra hot button. I do like the auto brew, however the stay hot for the carafe does not stay on very long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your K-Duo coffee maker further Oliver. Please contact our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739. Our representatives are available seven days a week from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, EST. The heating plate will automatically turn on after a carafe brew and stay on for 2 hours. Press and hold the CUPS button for 3 seconds to turn the heating plate off and on.

This Keurig is the best one I’ve ever owned. The carafe side brews nice and hot just like I want. The single side can brew extra hot along with extra strong. Both sides have just the right sizes I like to brew

Replaced our first generation K-Duo with this latest and greatest and we are very happy we did.
Everything works great and the unit itself is much lighter, less bulkier and has nicer appearance than the previous one. We drink a lot of coffee in our home so this unit will be getting a workout and we will be using all the new features.
