We’ve had the MassaMAX 398 for about two weeks now, and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. The zero-gravity feature is amazing, the lumbar heat feels great after a long day, and there are so many built-in programs to choose from. It’s super easy to use, and everyone in the family loves it. Highly recommend!

Delivery was great. Easy to put together. Let’s say I use it three times a day. Very glad I bought it as I had a bad back.
