Great product, with one minor complaint.

I received my Epson 11000, and set it up for a test viewing. I read the quick start guide (included) and the manual, which is only available online. The projector is awesome! The only thing that I would change would be to move the focus option to the top of the "lens" menu. It is very difficult to set up the parameters when the screen is not in focus. The first priority should be to get it into focus, so that the customer can read the on-screen instructions. After all other parameters are set, they may want to re-visit the focus settings. But focus is where it should start. Love the product, but strained my eyes setting it up. Would have been nice to be able to focus it first, before all the other options that I could not read because it was not focused... That simple change in the firmware to make focus the first item on the lens menu would make it a better product. Once I got to the focus option and got it in focus, I was able to set it up and it is beautiful!

Garbage projector...less than 200 hours on it and did a firmware update that bricked the unit...epson refused to cover it and charge just about as much for the projector to fix it...dont by epson projectors.

The best thing I have done for my home theater.

The best thing I did to replace my old bulb Epson 5040. This LS11000 meets every thing my home theater could imagine. I love its sharpness and cool blacks. It turns on in a second, no more waiting. It doesn’t do 3D which I kind of like but most places don’t produce it any longer. All in all, this is the perfect projector for my 123 inch theater screen.

I purchased this projector (as renewed) to upgrade my previous projector which did not support 4k. I have a room with limited light control. I am amazed with the quality of the image. The colors, contrast and blacks are much better than what I was expecting. Very happy with the product. I do not game so cannot comment on the other aspects. Oh... and it was very easy to set up and it is very quiet too.
