Subwoofer Stopped working

SOUNDED GREAT FOR THE TIME IT WORKED. ...BUT THE SUBWOOFER STOPPED WORKING AND I CANNOT FIX IT. I HAVE RE-PAIRED AND RESET SEVERAL TIMES.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but has quirks.

Purchased this along with a TCL Q6 Google smart tv. Pairing sub with the soundbar did not automatically occur - but there was a fix in the literature on how to get it to pair. There is no treble or bass control on the soundbar - you have to down load an app in order to control the treble and bass. Also the touch controls on the top of the bar are very quirky - one would expect as soon as you touch or press the on icon it would turn on - not so. same with the blue tooth synch button on top - does not automatically light up. Oddly, it appears you can slide your finger across from the power icon to the Bluetooth - this doesnt seem to be right. Of course the manual has little info on it and contacting the offshore people at tcl and speaking with a CSR who doesnt know anything and puts you on hold for 15 mins to ask about the issue - whats time. Perhaps this soundbar is defective? other soundbar owned your simply touch the icon and it turns on or you touch the Bluetooth and it lights to pair - this you literally slide across which is strange and I happened to do this by chance. Better comprehensive literature would be great. Also not Alexa compatible which is a disappointment. The TV is but cannot control the volume using the alexa word command to increse volume or decrease volume - all other commands work.

Exceeds my expectations and enhanced home set up!!

Very light weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound on this speaker definitely helps with hearing movies. I wasn’t able to hear on my previous sound bar. This works great. It pairs instantly and has the option to Bluetooth to phone or other device while still connected to tv. The device has a night light and talks to you when you select a setting. Very good device will definitely buy there products again. It also comes with the kit to mount to wall. So definitely try this you won’t regret it.
