[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Samsung since my first purchase of a pair of Samsung 5500 speakers in 1976 in OKINAWA,JAPAN(I was stationed there in the military).Since that day performance has always been a number 1 priority to me. But to be Honest the sound bar I purchased wasn't up to I feel the Samsung name it lakes depth ,clarity,robust rich sound I would have expected !And part of the blame is on me for not financially be able to by top of the line.The other two items I purchased are Eceptional the Tab S9, and the tv are Great no complaints .Maybe for a small apt. the sound bar would be perfect but not in my living space .Other that that one complaint overthis 57 years thats a pretty good batting average to me.

Frustratingly Inconsistent!

Frustrated with this particular soundbar! Had lots of great reviews but it’s been less than great for us. Brand new & within 1 week has given us issues with audio sounding distorted. We’ve tried everything we can find online to fix the issue, including factory reset, and we’ve had no such luck. Very irritating that a brand new soundbar hasn’t lasted a week.
