[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of the galaxy S series since the S4 and I've always been pretty surprised by the capabilities. That being said, I can only use practically and understand a percentage of it so that in itself is worth buying! Long story long, the flawless execution of Samsung products has always been a treat for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this phone the week it was released. Immediately had issues with apps glitching, screen freezing, unresponsive to touch, and un responsive keyboard. The battery life is shorter than I expected, not lasting through the day with moderate to high use. There are some neat features that come with the new android OS, but honestly most of the touch and swipe "features" just get in the way of daily use. The settings allow you to customize motions which is an excellent option to have. That may be my only positive note on this model is the range of customization allowed. But it hasn't made up for the fact that this phone performs like a knockoff from 2010.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
