K1 Max

Received the printer in perfect condition. Set it up fast and started printing right away. 7 or 8 prints were perfect. Shut it down for the night, tried to print in the morning and nothing was coming out of the nozzle. Found the extruded jammed and nozzle plugged. Had a CFS upgrade kit so I installed it and have been printing without any problems for about a week.

K1 Max with added CFS upgrade

The printer itself is a dream and a massive upgrade over my old 1st gen Creality C-10 (7 years old maybe?). Completely happy with the Max.
However, the CFS is good but I’ve had two issues. 1) The CFS itself, and the Space Pi dryer Plus that came with the Max as part of a bundle, RAALLY should be integrated into a single 4 spool system that provides multi-color *and* does heat and humidity. 2) I have yet to get a quality print since the CFS upgrade two days ago. The issue is print adhesion when switching colors (PLA to PLA). I have not yet contacted support, and it’s likely just a matter of some adjustments, but why not sell a K1 Max with the upgrade already installed?
Overall though the printer is great, 5 stars. The CFS upgrade… the jury is still out.

K1C Review

I have enjoyed my K1C. It is fairly easy to use but you have to know what you are doing a little bit. It works great with PLA but other materials such as TPU you need to tweak settings or print filament holders. But I couldn't recommend this printer more. It has been amazing besides for that issue.
