The K1 Max was easy to set up and the first test print was great

The K1 Max was easy to set up and the first test print was great. After that, I have had issues trying to print anything else. I have since found someone that is giving advice and hopefully it helps.

We just set up the printer and the gears for the extruder are busted

We just set up the printer and the gears for the extruder are busted. We can't print anything, it was a gift for my husband, an upgrade from his old 3d printer. How can the gears be busted coming out of the box??

Could have told me in better detail how to swap filament had to take mine apart 3 times to remove 1 piece of filament that was left over .

Started printing right out of the box. No issues with the system that weren't introduced by me...corrected and flawless prints again. Just bought the CFS upgrade, so hoping to domulti-colored prints soon.
