The K1 Max was easy to set up and the first test print was great

The K1 Max was easy to set up and the first test print was great. After that, I have had issues trying to print anything else. I have since found someone that is giving advice and hopefully it helps.

Loving it so far. Set up instructions could have been better. Thankfully I didn’t mess anything up. Printed a few things with the included filament and am surprised at the speed and quality. My only issue is the top glass panel doesn’t sit squarely in its place. Either the glass or the cut out in the frame is not square.

I just received my K1 Max 2 days. It has already blown my mind with its performance. This is my 2nd 3D printer & has got me hooked. I was printing within 30 minutes of opening the box. It printed my first quality benchy in lightning fast speed compared to my old printer. The self leveling bed is a game changer, no more wasting hours trying to dial in my machine just to get failure after failure.
I actually have confidence to take on the large scale projects that I have been dreaming of doing.
The large print bed is amazing. I don't have to angle my prints in weird orientations and angles with massive supports. I can just lay them flat & go to town with it.
Creality Cloud is a game changer as well. I literally sat on the couch in the other room, downloaded an stl on my phone, uploaded it to the app to slice and started printing. I don't have to waste time slicing files on my computer then save them to a micro SD then transfer them hoping I'm printing the right file off the card. I can visually see my print on the screen of the printer, or on my phone. Also I was able to check on the progress with the built in camera, so I literally never had to get off the couch for the entire print

I keep finding more and more features that I wasn't expecting. I'm sure that I have many more great surprises over the next week to discover.
Oh did I mention how stupid simple it is to operate? My kindergarten aged children were learning how to operate it under my direction. It wont be long until I come home from work to see the little toys and nicknacks they printed while I was away.
So for our first big project, we will be printing full sets of Mandalorian armor to include the helmet, which will print as a single piece on this massive print bed. The goal is to have all four sets printed/painted/and mounted to our suits before Halloween.

I cannot recommend this printer enough. If you're looking for a major upgrade on your 3D printing, this is they way to go.

Coming from the Ender 3

The convinience alone is what makes me give it 5 stars since coming from an ender 3 printing became a bit of a chore and took a lot of my time. I'm pretty busy so the convinience of just cleaning the table every once in a while and going ahead and printing is awesome.

Received the printer in perfect condition. Set it up fast and started printing right away. 7 or 8 prints were perfect. Shut it down for the night, tried to print in the morning and nothing was coming out of the nozzle. Found the extruded jammed and nozzle plugged. Had a CFS upgrade kit so I installed it and have been printing without any problems for about a week.
