I love this 3D printer! I have put over 500 hundred hours on it. Creality support has been great, my filament runout sensor died early on and they sent me a new one free of charge. There are a few issues that have come up.
First, the nozzle wiper after about 200 hours of use is totally trash and for some reason you can't buy new ones. aggravating, so I bought some Bambulab A1 mini wipers that are amazing.

Second, 90% of the time the first layer is spot on but occasionally one corner is way to far away and my print warps. It's fine but would be nice if it was fixed
Third, for whatever reason my extruder wouldn't print TPU. Ever. I have a friend who has a K1C and his prints TPU amazingly. So I bought a cyclops extruder for it, hopefully it fixed that issue.
Fourth, The X axis input shaper values were so bad when I got my printer suggesting only 5,000 Acceleration. Apparently this is a common issue, The remedy is to pull the springs out on the top linear bearing. Soon as I did that 13,000 acceleration, much better.
The saving grace to this printer is that it is open source so I was able to fix all but the first layer issue. Other than those four problems this printer is total work horse. I lube the linear rods and I get amazing prints. I also suggest adding an external filament spool holder.

I have enjoyed my K1C, it was easy and quick to setup. My first print (Benchy) was flawless, I am excited to get into 3D printing as an addition to my laser engraving business. I tried another 3D print, and it too was easy. The features ...self-leveling bed, preheating bed and camera makes it more convenient and worry free as I can check on my print without having to be in the same room. I will say that it needs to be placed on a sturdy desk, table or stand as it can print really fast. It was well worth the money for me because this unit has performed just fine so far. Once I get the hang of using the Creality software, I can make my on jigs for my laser equipment. The only feature I wish the printer had would be a built in scanner for small items.

I have been wanting this printer for a long time now. I have been working off of my Ender 3 from 2020 and a couple of upgrades. It worked great, but this K1 Max is at a whole other level. Speaking of Level, the Auto level feature is a print saver. I have a ton of confidence that my prints will start and stick every time. It's such a nice feeling to have that confidence. No more leveling with a piece of paper. The other reasons I bought this printer were for the speed and the build size. The speed is amazing. Soooooo much faster than my Ender 3. That seems obvious, but it's really nice to be able to make large prints, not wait for days, and have a high level of confidence that it's going to complete successfully. The build size is the other thing that is fantastic. Helps so I can print multiple models at a time and I have more flexibility on how things are laid out. With the Ender 3, I had some prints that I really had to work to get to fit. No longer an issue. Works fantastic. Overall, super happy with the K1 Max so far. I fully expect to print hundreds of models with this.

It's an amazing printer. It was easy to set up and prints incredibly fast. Took less than 1/2 the time to print the same dice tower and hitbox shell than it did on my original ender 3 max neo. I high suggest it for people that want to start printing quick. It is a bit pricey but you truly get what you pay for. Thanks to the creality app and the camera included I can check my print when at work. With this printer I finally was able to print a full size space marine helmet.

You absolutely have to manually level the bed by removing the belt and adjusting the lead screws the bed needs to be thicker 3 mm is not thick enough with that said once the bed is leveled manually it is a wonderful printer just be prepared to have to level the the bed to get good full bed prints

Super easy 3d printer to set up. Not much assembly It was packed really good nice and secure. love the auto leveling and the large build plate. Connected to WiFi with no problems use the Creality cloud app with no problems all the prints i have done came out great. Love the size of it so easy to use don’t have to do much adjusting would recommend this one
