Could be better

While the printer is nice to use for pla and the software is fairly easy to use. It would be nice to have creality implement default or baseline settings for different filament. It makes learning the printer and filament a bit more difficult when trying to adjust from pla settings

Printing plate missing

I did not received the printing plate with the machine. I had to wait more days to use it and pay an additional cost to buy it.

the only problem I had with it was that it would not show a reading on the nozzle temp or the bed temp and would say that it was not connected to my account so I couldn't print. now I fixed it, and it works but still no reading on nozzle temp or bed temp. But other than that, I'd recommend it cuz its fast and accurate well still being reliable (when it wonts to work) but ID say it's good

In all honesty I would probably have been better off just getting another Bambu printer. Im not saying this one is bad, its actually a really nice printer. After using Bambu printers I find other printers tedious and labor intensive. Manually loading filament is a pain, not being about to directly connect to the bambu slicer is an even bigger pain. Single color printing is the biggest pain of all. Its not as loud as I expected so that's a plus, but over all I'd 1000% sacrifice the larger print volume for the ease and simplicity of a bambu printer. I also want to note that Creality Cloud is a joke. There are both free and paid stls, and most of the ones posted as paid print files are free on maker world, such a scam, not to mention the majority of the the designs I found are sub par at best, there just isnt the selection.

"I retired two years ago and have been looking for something to keep me busy. After seeing ads on Facebook, I decided to try 3D printing. I joined a few 3D printing groups and did a little research. When I found the Creality K1C fit what I was looking for. Later I found out that I needed a splicer CAD software for doing my own designs. Although I didn't know anything about CAD software initially, I'm getting used to it and think it will be fun once I get the hang of it."
