this cooktop does everything we had hoped it would. we especially like the simmer option for simmering between lo and hi, and using the optional larger size burner ring. It is sleek and stylish too.

We bought this to go in our island bar and wanted a good quality cook top that would not take away from our awesome island and it blends well and is so sleek, you barley recognize its a cooktop, unless you are cooking

Excellent upgrade

Bought this cooktop to replace the one I had for 16 years (it had been damaged by someone putting something very heavy on top of it). It has some very nice features that are new to me, like a warming area, and simmer feature. My only complaint is that it is hard to keep polished.

I've used this cooktop almost every day since it was installed by a great HD installer. It's easy to use as advertised and the two double burner surfaces are great for all size pans. The WARMING center is a great burner for potting items on hold and I really like the easy cleanup of the Black Beauty surface.

Purchased this November 2013. So far I am happy with it. I was changing out an old style electric burners cooktop. I do love that my pans are not sitting uneven like the old one. Cleanup is ok, time consuming when you are looking for a perfect look since you have to use the solution & special scrub pad to clean up. Sometimes just taking a damp cloth or papertowel isn't enough. Seems that water takes a bit longer to get to boil compared to old style cooktop I had. Love that there are multiple size burners.
