Why I love my S24 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for taking pictures & video's this phone has the best cameras, I've seen in awhile. Also can we take a min to admire the size of the phone this another reason why I purchased it I travel a lot, I get tired of bringing my laptop and or tablet to watch movies on but with the size of this phone I don't have to. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 because i think the edges could've been rounded a little more but other than that I love it.

Constant crashes for many games

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, I absolutely adore the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I upgraded from an S22 Ultra, and am surprised how much better the S24 Ultra works, feels, and looks.
Unfortunately, many games constantly crash, often up to 7 times per hour. Not a single hour has passed where it hasn't crashed. It's crashed so often that the operating system has asked that I put the game in Deep Sleep. I'd be happier if this was an isolated issue with my phone, but there are literally thousands of reports on Reddit, Samsung's official forums, and social media. Even Samsung and game developers have stated that this is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Unity issue, but a month after the phone's release, the issue is still persistent. Games include - and definitely are not limited to - Pokemon GO; Dragon Ball Legends; Marvel Snap; Axie Infinity; State of Survival; My Solitaire; Monopoly Go; Raid: Shadow Legends; War Dragons; and Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis.

This product has great video and phone features

Everything I wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing, the phone feels so much better to hold and so much lighter than the S22 Ultra. I love flat screen and the display is beautiful! For gaming, this phone handles everything I want to play with flying colors, and it doesn't get super hot when gaming either! Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Faulty battery

In order to fix it, I'll have to be without my phone for 1 week, and my phone is my business. 😓

We also offer Samsung Care+ that can be added to eligible devices that would offer you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Samsung Care+ is great to have for those unfortunate situations in life like leaving your phone behind on the train, having it stolen, dropping your device in a pool, or dropping it and shattering the screen. We even have over 700 authorized repair locations nationwide to take your device to be repaired which helps you get back to doing what you love most in life. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with your repair needs, if you prefer to make an appointment with them. If your Galaxy phone is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger.
