The S24 Ultra has an IP68 water resistance rating, which means it has been tested and can withstand submersion in up to 1.5 meters of freshwater for up to 30 minutes. After exposure to water, it's important to rinse off any residue and dry the device. However, it's not recommended for beach or pool use. Additionally, please be aware that the water and dust resistance of the S Pen is not permanent and may diminish over time due to normal wear and tear. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. As a long time Samsung user I will say there is nothing bad about this phone at all aside from the hot garbage that is one ui. As somebody who upgraded from the s21 ultra it is is fine, it is OK, it is perfectly serviceable if not a bit overpriced. The cameras are little better, the screen is a little better, the processer is unnoticeably better. It's all slightly better. So why did I give it four stars? Cause at the end of the day everything I said pretty much stands with all flagship phones. It's a galaxy phone, a jack of all trades, master of none really. Moore's law is reaching a wall as a result the advancements are slowing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing phone

The s pen is a nice touch especially when you want to take a picture at a distance. The screen size is great when you want to play games or watch movies/ videos. All around great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung has made my work/family balance much easier! The apps integrate so well with everything I use on my laptop. Microsoft suite is 10xs better than it has ever been! All of my coworkers are impressed with the 365 ability to pull up and adjust files, like Excel. I can print documents so quickly from my phone. The camera zoom is a game changer for me to access inventory on pallets that are on the 4th level bin locations. I am able to easily read the stickers and labels from the safety and comfort of the ground. At home, my children can use my phone after my long day with zero fear of battery issues. The storage space is next level. I am loving all of the updates in the Samsung family applications. This is just the tip of the iceberg in capabilities to come from Samsung. Sincerely, a Galaxy advocate for life!!!!
