Great, but vulnerable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my S24 Ultra for a bit more than half a year. It excells at everything that I've thrown at it, whether it be just surfing the web, games I play, or taking high quality videos and pictures. The battery lasts the entire day and then some, and I've rarely ever had issues with how it functions or it getting too hot. The only issue I've had with it is somehow the display panel underneath the outer glass developed a microcrack, without any of the outer glass or surrounding body damaged. This was at around 4 months of ownership, and I'm quite careful with my investment. Due to this very miniscule, non-visible crack in the display, I have a 'bubble' of dead pixels on the right side of the screen. Unfortunately, Samsung doesnt warranty it, saying since its a physical crack according to a Samsung accredited phone repair store, its not covered at all. I was not able at the time to pay for it to be fixed, and still just use my phone with the dead pixels. Its otherwise been a fine phone, I just don't understand how internal parts can be damaged while the protective outer portion of the phone is blemish-free.

The camera quality on this phone amazing

This phone is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The samsung galaxy s24 ultra is amazing! Battery life is fantastic, last me all day from a full charge. Using it from 6am to 10pm before I need to charge it. I use it for teams on my phone at work, watching YouTube videos, watching tiktoks, and browsing Facebook.
The camera quality is superb, the zoom while recording videos is amazing. I was able to zoom in to the stage during the nicki minaj concert from the very top row of the phx arena, and it was clear and bright.
The sound on the s24 ultra is beyond wonderful. It is so loud that I usually have the sound set to halfway. The alarms are loud enough to wake my fiancé out of his dead sleep. He is a very heavy sleeper.
The speed when opening and running apps is so fast, its crazy. I can have multiple apps running in the background without sacrificing efficiency.
Love it, way better than my note 10+ that's for sure.

2 failed screens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to live this phone. It does everything I need & want. BUT I've had 2 failed screens. The phone isn't even payed off yet and I'm being told it might be aother board issue. No physical damage, no water damage the screens just died. Since I'm just barely out of the one year warranty the screen was on my dime. Because of all of this it's hard for me to justify recommending a phone and it shadows all of the things I like about this phone. I have used the Galaxy AI to edit & tweak photos. It's pretty impressive.

Better product than before

It has already gone through four software updates, and no problems so far. The sound is way more better. It holds way more data and doesn't slow down whenever it is full.
